Lake Casitas Fishing Guide Report 06/20/2016 – The fishing at Lake Casitas remains very steady. For the most part all of the shad moved out into deeper water. We're working really hard just to manufacture a little bit bait but fortunately the fishing is strong enough that were able to keep our clients around fish with a variety of baits from topwater to a drop shot plastic worm. Water temperatures hovering right at 73°. We have had daytime temperatures yesterday and today reaching 106° on the lake. We're looking forward to a 15° drop in temperature tomorrow morning.
