Have some vacation days for the Holiday Season??? Want to go fishing? I have the solution! We have some really fun bass fishing at Lake Piru. The water level is stable, and rising a few inches each day. The water color is really nice, and the weather has been warm (for the winter) and very stable. This Lake has been a great surprise to all the bass fisherman in Southern California this year. The lake is loaded with quality northern strain largemouth bass. Right now the bass are shallow, less than 15 feet deep. The super hot deal is a chartruse crankbait. As best as I can tell the fish are feeding hard on small bluegill. We have been fishing the crankbait with the more experienced anglers. I have been trolling the exact same crankbait when I have families or less experinced anglers on board. We have been catching fish everyday and they are nice quality 2-4 pound bass. If you would like to book a fishing trip this holiday season, just call my personal cell phone at (818) 439-1154. You can also email me at the top of the page at the "Contact Rich" link. We start each day at 8am. I have half (4 hour) and full (8 hour) days avaiable. I have all your rods, reels, and lures ready to go each morning. There is ice, bottled water, soda, and packaged snacks on board each day at no extra charge. You will be fishing from my 21 foot, 2010 Phoenix Bass Boat. I really look forward to hearing from you and getting on the water to do some real fun bass fishing at Lake Piru!
