Southern California Fishing Guide Report 10/25/2015 – Pyramid Lake – Well you can feel fall in the air and pleasant temperatures and the steady fishing at Pyramid Lake continues. Absolutely perfect afternoon conditions greeted all of our guide clients this past week and we had some solid fishing for 2 to 7 pound striped bass. Without question a topwater bait has been the best producer overall. There are some fish to be caught trolling and there's a few few fish to be caught with a jigging spoon. Most of the live shad have sunk into deeper water yet you still try to net bait each and every day. As always we will have all of your rods, reels and tackle ready when you arrive. We are starting our fishing day at around 7:30 AM each morning. As always Pyramid Lake remains at maximum capacity and the water is a beautiful clear green. We are recommending that our fishing guide clients try to book there bass fishing trips during this beautiful band of weather. We are all aware of that an El Niño situation is set to come our way this winter. If we do get severe storms this will eliminate most of the fishing that were able to do. So we highly recommend that our fishing clients get a hold of us in the next few weeks just to make sure they get their fishing trip in before any possible storms come our way. Anglers can always go to our homepage and book your trip online and pick any day that is open and available. Anglers that would like to speak to me personally can always call or text me at 818-439-1154 for up-to-date information. We have great weather and some solid fishing so we hope to see you all soon. Thank you.
