The fishing remains excellent at Lake Casitas the fish have changed quite a bit though as we’ve had some cooler nights there are less fish breaking in open water but we’re now using live scope to see them out in deeper water and we’ve caught a lot of fish on underspins a Basstrix and also a small jigging spoon sometimes the fishing is just absolutely wide open the fish are deeper now and you have to locate them on your meter in deeper water. Yesterday we had a couple of fish in the 7 pound range and Steve Morris is reporting that there’s also good fishing on a Ned rig in anywhere from 25 to 35 feet of water on outside points. www.richtauberfishing.com
