Lake Casitas fishing report November 15, 2025 as we lead into the weekend we had this absolutely gorgeous weather but the fishing was mediocre at best the weather was just incredible we had of course that monster full moon it was dead calm at Lake Casitas just stunning almost too nice of weather as us fisherman know about. We were catching just a few fish here and there definitely the fishing has changed since the incredible fishing we had this summer which we talked about as the best fishing in the history of Lake Casitas. Water temperature is 69° and now we’ve had just huge amounts of water gushing into the lake our divertion canal is pumping at full speed and Santa Ana creek is pumping at full speed so we’re really interested to see if maybe we take the lake back up to maximum capacity it was at 90% of capacity prior to the rainstorm And the rain here in Ventura and Santa Barbara has been absolutely relentless for about three days now right now Saturday at 6:30 PM in Ventura the rain has no intent of stopping www.richtauberfishing.com.Rich Tauber Fishing
