Without question today was one of the greatest days of calico bass fishing we’ve ever had at Rich Tauber Fishing. We caught them on swim baits, we caught them on tube baits we caught them on jerk baits we caught them on sardines and we caught them on anchovies… Just an absolutely wide-open day of fishing. We caught and released over 60 calico bass and I don’t believe a single one of them was less than 14 inches. All of these fish were in the 2 to 5 1/2 pound class one of those perfect days with fantastic weather and epic fishing.
